Mr. Spring has been a practicing attorney in California for more than twenty years specializing in real estate, title insurance, business law, tax-deferred exchanges, and trust law. He was employed as legal counsel for the largest title insurance company in the United States, and served as president for one of the largest independent trust companies in Southern California for ten years. Mr. Spring has taught law classes at Mesa College, the University of California at San Diego and at the Internal Revenue Service. He is married and has five children and six grandchildren.

Ms. Godina is a graduate of the University of San Diego where she also attended law school. She worked in escrow for five years for a large commercial escrow division before managing the retirement services department of a national trust company. She has tremendous experience handling tax-deferred exchanges and is an FEA Certified Exchange Specialist®. Ms. Godina is married and has three children.

Ms. Wilson attended Riverside Community College and Mesa College concentrating on business, escrow and title. She began her career in the escrow and exchange industry in 1989. She has an in-depth understanding of all types of exchanges and enjoys the challenge of finding solutions for unique or difficult exchanges. She is an FEA Certified Exchange Specialist®. Ms. Wilson is married and has three children. She enjoys boating and camping with her family and friends.

Mr. Atwan began his real estate career with Safeco Title Insurance Company in 1982, and later to Chicago Title in 1986, where Phil worked as a Sales Representative, and later as North Los Angeles County Sales Manager. He has an extensive understanding of the real estate industry, both technically and from a marketing perspective. Phil speaks regularly at Board of Realtor functions and training meetings, investment seminars, and CPA Discussion Groups. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Escrow Associates of the San Gabriel Valley 5 of the past 6 years, and a member with the Los Angeles Escrow Association. Phil is a recipient of the San Gabriel Valley Escrow Affiliate of the Year Award 2 out of the past 3 years. In addition, Mr. Atwan serves as an officer for Foreclosure Resources, Inc., a trustee that specializes in foreclosing on behalf of both institutional and private beneficiaries.

Phil, a resident of Whittier, California, is happily married and has three wonderful children.

Ms. Bannister has been involved with escrow from a young age. For several years she worked in a family-operated mortgage escrow company. She worked for ten years in the accounting office of U.C. Davis.

Ms. Bannister has an extensive understanding of the real estate industry, both technically and from a marketing perspective. She received the designation of
Certified Exchange Specialist® and works to educate individual investors and the broader real estate community. She speaks regularly at various Board of Realtor functions, training meetings, investment seminars and CPA discussion groups. Ms. Bannister also teaches at Santa Ana College. She teaches upward of 150 classes per year. She has sat on the board of directors for the Orange County Association of Realtors and is currently serving as a director. Ms. Bannister is the recipient of the Orange County Association of Realtor's Affiliate of the Year award and the President's award.
