Ms. Bannister has been involved with escrow from a young age. For several years she worked in a family-operated mortgage escrow company. She worked for ten years in the  accounting office of U.C. Davis.

Ms. Bannister has an extensive understanding of the real estate industry, both technically and from a marketing perspective.  She received the designation of  Certified Exchange Specialist® and works to educate individual investors and the broader real estate community.  She speaks regularly at various Board of Realtor functions, training meetings, investment seminars and CPA discussion groups.  Ms. Bannister also teaches at Santa Ana College.  She teaches upward of 150 classes per year.  She has sat on the board of directors for the Orange County Association of Realtors and is currently serving as a director.  Ms. Bannister is the recipient of the Orange County Association of Realtor's Affiliate of the Year award and the President's award.
